Child hit by car, recovering

An 8-year old is recovering after being hit by a vehicle before school on Thursday.
EMSA officials tell us the little boy was treated at Owen Elementary near 1100 north Vandalia around 8 a.m.
The child is in fair condition at a Tulsa hospital.
