A Tulsa man accused of driving under the influence while leading police on a chase is now charged.
Kevin George, 48, is charged with DUI-third or more offense, unlawful possession of a controlled drug, and eluding a police officer. He also faces charges for driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance charges.
Police say they tried to stop George on Saturday on Highway 11 for expired tags. Police followed him to north Cincinnati where they say he jumped out of the car and tried to run.
