SAPULPA, Okla. (AP) — State troopers say a Bristow teenager was killed and two other people were injured in an accident on Oklahoma 66 in Creek County.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 16-year-old Tiffany Plum was pronounced dead of massive injuries at the scene of the accident about 3:14 p.m. Monday.
The patrol says Plum's car was headed east when it left the highway for some reason. Troopers say she managed to get the vehicle back onto the road, but crossed the center line into westbound traffic and collided with a pickup truck driven by Charles Stone.
Three-year-old Caleb Stone, a passenger in Charles Stone's truck, was admitted to St. Francis Hospital with head injuries.
Charles Stone was treated at the hospital and released.
