Bond increased for quadruple homicide person of interest

Court records show the bond has been increased for a possible witness or person of interest in the recent quadruple homicide.

On Tuesday, the Tulsa District Attorney has filed a motion to increase the bond for a possible person of interest or potential witness to the recent quadruple homicide.

Freddie Hayes is being held on possession of a controlled drug as well as carrying a concealed weapon, and also had warrants for failure to pay and trespassing. Hayes was arrested on January 11th after someone called police to report an intoxicated person; police questioned him and found drugs and brass knuckles in his pockets. He’s being held on $11,000 bond.

The DA requested a bond increase because they believe the investigation into the quadruple homicide shows Hayes is “at minimum a witness” to the murder of four women at the Fairmont Terrace apartments on January 7th. Court documents also allege the investigation found evidence that points to Hayes as a person of interest in those murders and the DA fears Hayes would flee the jurisdiction if released from custody.

Rebeika Powell, Kayetie Melchor, Julie Jackson and Misty Nunley were found shot to death in an apartment near 61st and Peoria on January 7th, 2013.

The DA’s motion also claims Hayes could be a potential public safety risk and claims his lengthy criminal history justifies a bond increase to $250,000. The DA also requests if Hayes makes bond that he is required to wear an ankle monitor and not be allowed to leave Tulsa County.

Here's an FYI Omie your homie is sitting in J1 front row seating for witness protection program. That's like the lobby where they hold you until they find proper accommodations for you. Then it's off to J4 where you are greeted by detainees who have already got their trip papers to Lexington some of those guys are just a little edgy they're fixin to head on down fo five fifteen twenty life and little programs like that. But yea bump some folks into him for a while see what he's gonna get ready to converse about. You know those places are bugged phones cameras you just gotta go on and get your shower let the ladies watch sitting around on a Friday night watching a movie eating chips laughing cutting up at the show. The female guard that is doing inventory on the second tier to make sure there's plenty of paper the show ends everybody but homie gets up goes to their bunks but you it's clear that you won't be getting up asphyxiated as you are you couldn't blow a single note of Dixie must've choked on the popcorn.

Isn't that cute WyOmie has a thing for Huff. Omie (google calls you okie) you better get happy about huffs screwups. Cause you're gonna be paying for the millions in taxes that could go to improve the city instead they go to cover for the screwup of a law enforcement who tarnishes the pool of little goldfish with a little black spot. Mayor Maynot, so then it appears that Huff is no longer a problem! Whatever issues there may "have been" with Huff can not be injected into the present!

WyoMie Has TPD sat on their hands before?? Heck yea Mike Huff was a criminal police investigator spending more time in FL at seminars in pursuit of big fish like whitey bulger. When Denney robbed his home while he was away Huff violated TPD rules because him and his crew pursued Denney shooting Denney in the groin. After Denney sues TPD for milliwhile will be a millionaire prisoner simply because TPD couldn't control their dog. Interestingly enough Huff has tendered his resignation and Bulger was captured in California. Huff never found out any information on Deena Dean. So yes it's quite possible for TPD to screw up. Good record lately. They solved the Ferrante homicide quickly. It looks like TPD is trying lQQks count.

My neighbor has a dog. When the dog is offered a snack the dog holds out hoping you will give another piece so the dog can double up. I bet even money that if this guy was in it any then somebody's phone just blew up. They just put them in there and let them talk on The phone. It's bugged.

Not defending this sleazebag, but they found him with brass knuckles? No gun which can be linked to the crime? Are they just using the shooting as an excuse to lock him up? Don't have a problem with that, he should have already been locked up as he is a career offender, but if he is'nt really the right guy they should'nt be implying that he is...maybe they can't find the right guy so they just need anyone? Something isn't right, they need to do whatever they have to to find out who shot those women,regardless of what they were into or what their past might have been, they still didn't deserve to die like that. I don't have much faith that they are going to figure out who did it, as time passes the clues get less and less until finally....no valuable clues are left and it goes unsolved...that would be sad for the families.

I hope they have the death penalty for this case no excuse on this matter the people of the state shouldn't have to pay for his wrong doings tie his butt to a tree and beat him and then hang him from that tree ...if he is found guilty kill him and anyone that was involved that's my thoughts and I am sticking to it

Dear District Attorney, Keep looking into the relationship of all 4 women something there is a miss, pursue the father of the twins, as for Nunnelly, she has a shady past, why were they at this apartment? We the people of Tulsa demand that you exhaust your resources on this. 4 white woman killed means something greater(crime) was happening in that apartment.
