About 100 people rallied for Baby Veronica and Dusten Brown in Bartlesville on Saturday night. The attendees waived signs and performed tribal dances.

FOX23’s Price McKeon spoke with Dusten Brown’s best friend David Candy.

He said, “I spoke to him (Dusten Brown) just before we got here and he’s doing good. Veronica, she’s doing good so that's all we can hope for.”

Dusten Brown supporter Amanda Bibly said, "It’s about a biological father for the rights to his own child. That's ridiculous."

FOX23 has been covering the Baby Veronica custody battle since it was heard in court in 2011. Matt and Melanie Capobianco from South Carolina adopted Veronica from her biological mother in 2009.

Baby Veronica's biological father, Dusten Brown, has been fighting for custody ever since.

FOX23 found out the rally in Bartlesville in support of Dusten Brown’s fight was not the only that took place Saturday.

Bibly said, “The fact that people who don't even know this family, don't really know the background story, the fact that they believe that fathers have rights is absolutely

A picture was posted on the “Standing our Ground for Veronica Brown” Facebook page of a rally in Columbia, S.C., on Saturday.

Joe Morgan, a supporter of the South Carolina couple, showed up at the rally.

Morgan said, "I mean people were very adult and professional and we had a good conversation.”

FOX23 reached out to Jessica Munday a friend of the Capobiancos on Saturday. She said there are no rallies planned right now that she knows of.
