People told FOX23 they go to the Tulsa State fair to have a good time and take part in fun that only happens once a year.

But, due to people's actions law enforcement is stepping in.

From the games to the money that pays for them, people are finding ways to cheat others out of a good time.

“One had to do with games the other had to do with currency,” an official with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s office told FOX23.

They said they are cracking down on those who commit crimes.

“We are always vigilant and making sure that we're doing undercover operations on any of the games, we send deputies to play the games to see if the games are being operated as the rules state,” they said.

Some workers are ignoring the rules that are right in front of them.

Jon Morton and Frank Feikma were arrested over the weekend for cheating people out of money at a game stand.

Wesley Carter is a father and has mixed feeling about those manipulating the rules.

“If I’m not skilled enough to win a prize and the fair authorizes me to buy the prize right out I don't see a problem but doing it under the table just leaves to much room for people to take advantage of each other,” he said.

Deputies said some are even bringing in counterfeit bills.

Allyson Gregory and Jamie Fincannon were both arrested for trying to exchange fake $20 bills.

“The bills were good in quality, but the paper was not very well and that's how we were able to detect those bills,” said a deputy.

Sheriff's deputies said the Tulsa State Fair is one of the safest in the nation and they are working hard to keep it that way.
