Arraignment delayed for couple accused of child abuse

The arraignment for a Tulsa couple charged with child abuse and neglect is delayed.
Police arrested William Lewallen and Erin Lewallen in November 2012 after they found their daughter locked in a dog cage.
A neighbor called police after seeing a naked three year old boy in the Lewallen’s backyard. Police found a 22-month old girl locked inside a dog crate and another young boy in the house.
Police say William Lewallen had taken narcotic painkillers with beer to deal with backpain. Their arraignment is now set for April 1st.
