All too often we hear about adults violating minors, but we've never had a story quite like this.
It allegedly started with 54-year-old Todd Radack reporting his car was stolen, but ended with Radack facing charges.
The Tulsa police report says Radack met a 13-year-old boy online.
Radack told police he picked the boy up from his home Sunday afternoon and drove him back to Radack's house.
But then he told police the boy stole his car while he was asleep.
When police arrested Radack, they found a note from the minor written on Radack's living room wall. It said, "I'm really 15 so if you call police you're going to jail for rape."
The victim told police Radack did perform sexual acts on him.
Todd Radack is charged with felony lewd molestation of a minor under 16. He's being held on $50,000 bond.
The police report did not say whether they found the victim with Radack's car.
