Many brides today choose to have their wedding and reception videotaped in addition to having still photographs taken. The videotape is a great addition to photographs as it tends to better capture the mood and life of the wedding. When choosing a video photographer, review sample tapes that he or she has made of recent weddings. Check the lighting to make sure from the bride that it is not too dark or light. Did the video capture all parts of the wedding and reception? Did the video have clear sound? Ask for the name and number of a bride that the video photographer has worked with recently. Make sure the video was not disruptive to the service or did not interfere with the guests' enjoyment of the reception. There are many different ways that a wedding video can be shot and edited, so look at several examples before choosing a video photographer. For additional information, consult a video photographer.
