As first reported by Deadline, the project, from Thomas and actor-writer Graham Norris, has been acquired by Fox and will be a contemporary soap based on the classic Victor Hugo novel. The script is about a brilliant lawyer who was unjustly convicted years prior and now works to exonerate innocent clients, while juggling his own family and romantic life.
