	Madonna to pay homage to Jackson's dance moves Madonna is to pay tribute to Michael Jackson at her London concert on Saturday night with the help of a dancer who has mastered the King of Pop's moves.

	Chera: Wednesday, October 24 On Monday, Chera ran 10 miles and feels pretty good about her time. She says she's 'good to go' for the Tulsa Run this weekend.
	Clay: Wednesday, October 24 After an unfortunate incident during the Zoo run, Clay will not be able to take part in the Tulsa Run this year, but looks forward to running at a future date.
	Chera & Clay: Tuesday, October 16 Chera and Clay ran the 10k 2007 Tulsa Zoo Run on Saturday Oct. 6th. Chera finished the race in a little over an hour while Clay had a surprise just before the finish line.
	Chera: Wednesday, September 12th Chera hasn't run this week because she was sick, but promises she'll work harder next week.
	Clay: Wednesday, September 12th Clay ran at Lafortune Park this morning. He thinks he didn't run as far as he should have but will try harder on Thursday.
	Chera: Wednesday, August 8th After working out with the freeweights Chera hopped on the treadmill and ran two 5ks.
	Clay: Wednesday, August 8th Despite 100 degree temps Clay ran outside around LaFortune Park and felt great!
	Chera: Monday, August 6th Chera has been a bit ill recently but managed to run a couple miles on both the elliptical machine and the indoor track.

	Chera: Wednesday, October 24 On Monday, Chera ran 10 miles and feels pretty good about her time. She says she's 'good to go' for the Tulsa Run this weekend.
