TPD Budget Reductions News Release

Many of us must be overlooking details of the "budget" problem in Tulsa. I, for one, failed to realize that "Little Hitler", the mayor was the ultimate athority in such matters. Agree with him or be laid off. It is, of course, no problem. When there less than enough police officers or fire fighters to handle the respective problems, the mayor's staff will step in and handle all of the problems. That is why they need take no pay cuts. You know they lost two people already and want to transfer funds to handle thier budget problems. After all, what is important? Manage public safety or pay politics? I am glad I live in Bixby. After all the drama within the City of Tulsa and repucussions from past decisions coming to surface, I thank God every day I don't live in Tulsa. One Hundred and ? Police Officers being laid off is a catastrophy! I have a feeling the people that have lived in quiet, safe neighborhoods, in Tulsa, are about to witness what it is like to spend a day in "North Tulsa"! The lives of the remainding officers of TPD are in Danger, because of ignornence and ego of Mayor Dewey "what ever his name is"!

I THINK THIS IS A REALLY BAD IDEAL BEING WITH THE CRIME RATE IS SO HIGH IN TULSA AND NO ONE IS CONSIDERING THESE OFFICERS AND THE DISPOSITION THEY ARE BEING PUT IN I MEAN IN REALITY THEY HAVE TO FIND NEW JOBS MAYBE FIND A NEW HOME BASICALLY THERE FOOD IS BEING TAKEN OFF OF THEIR TABLES AND OH LORD WHAT ABOUT THE ONES WITH CHILDREN.I DONT BLAME THE POLICE CHIEF I WOULD HAVE RESIGNED TOO BECAUSE THIS IS SICKENING AND A BIG DISGRACE TO TAKE PUBLIC SAFETY AWAY WHEN TULSA REALLY NEEDS IT.WHAT REALLY HAPPEN TO ALL OF THE MONEY IN TULSA LOOKS LIKE THERE NEEDS TO BE FURTHER INVESTIGATION AND PUT SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING SO TULSA WONT BE IN SO MUCH DEBT.
