Bodean’s Seafood Market fresh market clams, garlic butter, basil, Pecorino Romano, basil-infused extra virgin olive oil.
14oz Dough pushed out to pizza size
Place garlic in melted butter & coat the dough
8oz of Clams
3oz of Pecorino Romano
Assemble ingredients and then bake at 550 for 8 minutes.
Once baking is complete:
Add basil on top
Add another 3 oz of Pecorino Romano
Then drizzle basil-infused olive oil on top and on the crust
