Don’t know what to fix for dinner tonight? We have some help. We asked viewers to send us their family favorites.

Mandy Gerwitz Kight offered up this Mexican Lasagna to feed your family with no grumbling.

MEXICAN LASAGNA:
Pre heat oven to 350.
1 pk of lasagna pasta. Cooked and set aside.
1 pound of cooked ground beef.
2 pk of taco seasoning. (add 1 pk to hamburger)
3 cups of shred Mexican style cheese. For layering sauce:
3cans of Rotel.
1 can cream of Mushroom soup (do not dilute)
1 pk taco seasoning.
Combine all together using a wisk until lumps are minimal.
Spray 9x13 baking pan with non stick spray. Place first layer of lasagna pasta. Layer on sauce mixture, beef and cheese. Continue until pan is full.
Bake in oven @350 for 30 min or until all cheese is melted. NOTE: Cover if desired while baking to keep top layer of cheese from over browning. THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!
