Philip Phillips has worked in the Tulsa food industry for years and recently decided to start his own food truck with his fiancé Danielle Admire. "Our love for food trucks came from living in Austin, TX. We have been working towards opening a truck for about six years now," Phillips said. "Food truck culture is exciting and we wanted to make sure what we brought to our home town was as exciting to Tulsa as it is to us. Tulsa isn’t familiar with Banh Mi, however we know it will embrace it from the first bite." he said.
Phillips specialty dish is the Banh Mi, which translates to a Vietnamese sandwich. He uses a French baguette, honey ginger pork, cucumber, jalapeno, pickled diakon radish and carrot, cilantro, cucumber and aioli.
