Twenty Something Magazine is an online fashion and arts based magazine that focuses on things that relate to all of the twenty-somethings in Oklahoma – even the Twenty Somethings at heart. Our goal is to support local artists, designers, musicians, businesses etc. by presenting them to Oklahomans in a new and fresh way, while also providing our viewers with people/topics that have national recognition.

What is 30 Before 30 all about? It is a segment in our magazine that we started in the December issue. It is local musician, Denver Duncan, and his best friend, Taylor Upchurch, doing 30 tasks on their bucket list of things to do before they turn 30.

What are the tasks? We have taken Gary England to dinner, had a party at the Governor’s Mansion, dropped in on a half pipe, attend a rock concert in all leather etc. Some of the big tasks remaining are to play basketball with a Thunder player, ride bikes with Mat Hoffman, go noodling etc.

How can people keep up with 30 Before 30 and Twenty Something Magazine? They can follow us on Twitter (@20somethingmag) and Facebook, and check out our website (www.TwentySomethingMagazine.com) for daily updates. Our full issue comes out on the first of every month and can be found on our website. There is a segment on our website just dedicated to 30 Before 30, that has tons of pictures and videos from their completed tasks.

What is coming up in the February issue? We are featuring several musicians (Samantha Crain, Chris Young). We always do a fashion shoot inspired by a film and this month is Almost Famous - we used musicians as our models. (Sherree Chamberlain & The Bright Light Social Hour). We always do a fashion flashback and this month we did a Wednesday Addams inspired shoot. We always have a Twenty Something Girl or Guy, and this month we are featuring Clancey Cleveland who is a local sports broadcaster. (We have more, but this should be enough for a preview)
