Tulsa Fit Body Bootcamp and GDGC teamed up to give one viewer a total body transformation for 12 weeks. Erin Clopton won the challeng, and we've been following her progress. This week we discuss her work out regimen. Clopton has learned alot when it comes to proper form, in particular the squat. She said she was doing it completely wrong before and has now mastered the exercise. Stephanie Flyn with TFBB says "diets" and gadgets are not long term solutions, and is a believe in lifestyle changes.
