Kristi Bush, owner of Kick Start Fitness, stopped by GDGC to show us three moves for a better butt!  All three of these exercises can be done at home with no equipment required.

Now of course we know the virtues of a visibly good looking and toned tush but having strong glutes is essential for body alignment and hip extension. Most whole body movements originate from the hip, and if you’re glutes aren’t strong enough to fire then you are prone to lower back pain or injury and other body misalignments.

Three exercises for a better booty: (in this order)

  1. Curtsy lunge
  2. Single leg squat
  3. Swing around leg lift
