4. Can the Turkey Burner be modified to be harder?
Yes! Do as many rounds as possible in a certain amount of time (10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc.) DON’T STOP!
Challenge yourself to do 5 rounds or 10 rounds, etc.
Hold small weights (1-3 lbs) while doing Jumping Jacks, Bicycles, and Squats. Add heavier weights for the squats.
5. Can the Turkey Burner be modified to be easier?
Yes! Modify Jumping Jacks by taking out the hop.
Modify the squats by squatting ½ way down instead of getting your thighs parallel to the floor.
Place your hands on a chair or step while performing the burpees.
Modify your pushups by placing your hands on a chair or step or putting your knees on the floor.
