The TITLE Boxing Club POWER HOUR fitness workout helps
members burn up to 1,000 calories in just one hour
• Each workout starts with an invigorating cardio warm up,
includes 30 minutes of boxing/kickboxing combinations in a
workout format, and lastly focuses on abs & core muscle
• TITLE Boxing Club is a welcoming atmosphere that ensures all

matter what level of fitness they are.
