March is National Nutrition Month and to educate those looking to get fit and live healthy Cheryl Schendt with the Tulsa Country Health Department is testing your knowledge of fruits and vegetables. Can you answer the following questions?

1. Snow Peas vs Sugar Snap Peas .... Which has more calories?
2. Cole slaw purchased vs home made.... which has more calories from fat?
3. Which fruit has more fiber..... apple, orange, raspberries?
4. Which has more vitamin C..... asparagus, broccoli, green beans?

Spring Salad Recipe:

2 cups mixed spring greens or fresh spinach leaves
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup sliced radishes
½ cup thinly sliced and trimmed snap peas or snow peas
1 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves chopped or 1 tsp dried
¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
