Spring Salad Recipe:
2 cups mixed spring greens or fresh spinach leaves
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup sliced radishes
½ cup thinly sliced and trimmed snap peas or snow peas
1 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves chopped or 1 tsp dried
¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
