Icing on the Top is known for their award-winning custom order cakes and cookies. Owner Jennifer Jones shows us her tricks of the trade to create spooky cupcakes. Boo cupcakes are a little more complicated and can be ordered from them. For the Skeleton cupcakes you'll need icing, Spatula or butter knife for spreading icing on the cupcake, large marshmallow, cut in half, mini chocolate chips, peppermint Tic Tacs, Package of Good N’ Plenty Candy and White jimmies.
