In anticipation of Cinco De Mayo, St John's Health Club stopped by our studio with a quick salsa lesson. It's not only fun, but full of health benefits. Fitness Instructor Kendra Holmes-Morris has a list of the health benefits to salsa dancing: 5 benefits of salsa dancing / classes:
