Pulled pork is an easy favorite that can be prepared in advance. Here are two versions that are sure to please the whole family!

BBQ STYLE PULLED PORK

2-3 lb cushion pork or pork shoulder
2-12 oz cans Dr. Pepper
2 lg white onion cut into eighths
2 T chopped fresh garlic
Cavender’s Greek Seasoning

Place pork and next three ingredients in a roasting pan, sprinkle Cavender’s evenly over entire dish. ( Use the Cavender’s to taste. We use a “heavier” coating with large pieces of meat.) Cover pan and place in 250 degree oven for 6-8 hours or overnight. Allow pork to cool enough that you can handle it and shred to desired size. Add Lambrusco’z BBQ sauce. ($7.99/pint) Reheat when ready to serve. Perfect for sliders!

MEXICAN STYLE PULLED PORK

2-3 lb cushion pork or pork shoulder
2 lg white onions cut into eighths
2 C pepperoncini peppers with juice
2-12 oz beers
2 T chopped garlic
Chili powder and cumin to taste and/or green chiles.

Follow cooking instructions above. Makes great street tacos! Enchiladas with this meat are fabulous also!!!

THE “BUBBA” DIP

In 8x8 baking dish add…

1 Cup leftover pulled pork
¼ - ½ Cup Lambrusco’z BBQ sauce
1 pt Lambrusco’z Garlic cheese melt
1 jar Lambrusco’z Corn relish (drained)

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes or so. Top with Colby jack cheese, green onions, chopped cooked bacon. Really anything you like!
