It is the story that put Tulsa on the international stage. P.C. Cast was still teaching high school when she wrote the first book in the House of Night series. It wasn’t her first book, but it was the book that started her on a path that would change her life. Her partner on her journey is her daughter Kristin. Kristin is the young voice that cuts out all of mom’s lengthy musings and cuts to the heart of what matters to the young adult readers.

In the center of the story of vampire teenagers and love and loss is the city of Tulsa. Some of the most iconic places in Green Country are a part of the book. The Philbrook Museum of Art, Utica Square (these vampires love to shop and so do the authors), The Mayo Hotel and of course the tunnels where so much happens to our House of Night friends.

The 10th book in the House of Night series is available on October 16th. P.C. and Kristin Cast say fans of the series won’t believe what is about to go down in Hidden. Neferet gets crazier. (can you believe that’s even possible?) But we can’t tell you too much, you have to get the book.

P.C. & Kristin Cast will be having a book signing at The Book Place in Broken Arrow for the release of Hidden. It is October 16th from 7-9pm. The Book Place is located at 732 W. New Orleans in Broken Arrow. Go buy a book and get it signed or if you can’t make it you can call The Book Place at (918) 455-1422 and they will get a book signed for you.
