ABOUT ANNER'S PANTRY

It's more fun to eat beautiful healthy food - it tastes better, and feeding ourselves in this way food becomes a metaphor for what we are doing in the rest of our lives. At Anner's, they seek to enhance the lives of those they touch by providing wondrous healthy food, easy simple recipes, and creative approaches to total wellness in a totally accessible way. They are a members only group created to help people access real food. Members pay annual dues of $48.00 per year and have certain privileges including:

Participation in "Market Day": On Monday those who have ordered a market bag (you don't have to get a bag every week - just the weeks that you want one), pick up a grocery bag full of organic fruits and veggies for only $27.65 ($30 with tax). On Tuesday they send out emails with recipes for that week based on the market bags. The number 1 criterion for recipes is that they be simple and easy (they're here to make your life easier, not more difficult).

Order you bags by Friday at 2pm and on Monday pick up a "that day fresh"bag(s) of delicious organic food.

If you eat home most of the time, 1 bag would take care of the produce needs for 1 person generously or 2 people adequately for the week. You can pick up your bags between 6pm and 9pm Monday evening or let them know if you need to pick up on Tuesday (10am to 3pm). Bags not picked up need to be paid for and they will be donated to some folks in need who will truly appreciate your donation. You may order as many bags as you like. You will receive an email notice of what will be in the bags on Wednesday and can email back your bag reservation.

They also offer a meat bag - lean, no hormone, no bad guy meat. This share is $27.65 ($30 with tax) and may be reserved by Friday also.

Purchase Privileges: They have "staple" items such as flour, grains, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, pastas, condiments, vitamins, and other health care needs available for sale. You may also purchase these and many other items in "bulk" at 25% over wholesale. And they carry a number of "Anner Approved" cooking equipment and small kitchen wares. All of these items have been tested and are what they consider to be the best.

Yard Privileges: Members may cut all of the fresh herbs they want out of our front yard as well as walk the beautiful three circuit labyrinth at any time.

Classes: Members have first call on any of Anner's cooking classes.
