The Grace Hospice Foundation has announced it is once again hosting the annual “Ms. Senior Oklahoma Pageant”. This is the 7th straight year for this pageant, which celebrates senior women who live in the Tulsa region. The event is also a fundraiser for the Grace Hospice Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization.
“The Ms. Senior Oklahoma Pageant honors senior women and has grown to be an event that senior ladies look forward to each year,” said Sharon Doty, Director of the Foundation. “Our mission is to bring joy to the contestants and allow them to be ‘Queen for a Day.’
Participants are at least 55 years old and currently live in a continuum of care facility. The pageant has four categories and chooses a queen for each one.

- Adult Day Care Services
More than 35 facilities in the Tulsa region will choose a candidate to compete in the Ms. Senior Oklahoma Pageant.
Time: 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Place: Van Trease Performing Arts Center at Tulsa Community College SE Campus (81st Street & Highway 169)
Tickets: Adults - $8.00, Seniors - $6.00, Children 5 to 17 - $4.00, Children under 5 are free
Laura Moss of KTUL and Ron Terrell of KOKI are this year’s emcees of the event.
