Healthy grilling isn't just vegetables like you may think. All-natural meats have the protein you need without the added chemicals. Cimarron Meat Company shares two healthy recipe options you can serve up
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Generously coat asparagus with olive oil, and add salt and pepper to liking.
Preheat a grill pan over medium heat; add the asparagus and cook until just slightly tender. This
should take about 10 minutes.
Grilled Lamb Chops
¾ to 1 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
½ Cup Fresh Rosemary
3 Tablespoons Crushed Garlic
2 ½ Tablespoons Fresh Thyme
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
½ Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
12 Lamb Chops about ¾” Thick
In a food processor or blender add the rosemary, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Pulse until herbs
are well combined. Slowly pour in olive oil and pulse until a paste has formed. Rub the paste on
both sides of the lamb chops and marinade in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour. Remove
from refrigerator and let chops to come to room temperature. This should take about 30 minutes.
Preheat a grill pan over high heat until almost smoking; add the chops and sear for about 2 to 3
minutes each side until medium rare. For chops cooked to medium, cook on each side for 3 to 3 ½
