It's been in the news recently -- employers demanding employees share their personal Facebook passwords to make sure employees or job applicants aren't hiding a secret that might become a problem. The hot topic of debate leaves many wondering if this is a legal practice or not. Social Media Strategist Cindy Morrison stopped by to share advice on what to do when faced with this situation. "Currently there are bills or laws in California, Delaware, Illinois and Maryland prohibiting this kind of thing. But not in Oklahoma!" Morrison said.
What do you do if an employer asks for you password? Morrison says to "Just say no," "Evaluate," "Protect yourself," and "Be smart!"
