*Home-Made Irish Cream Recipe
1 can fat-free evapoarted milk
3 Tablespoons light chocolate syrup
2-1/2 teaspoons coffee granules
16 oz. non-dairy fat-free creamer
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pure almond extract
1-1/4 cups brandy (or whiskey)
Combine all ingredients, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Refrigerate. You can leave out the Almond Extract for a more vanilla taste.
