Big items:

Gym membership – $35-$70 depending on type of membership, includes ALL fitness classes including yoga/pilates and CrossFit, pool, showers, weight equipment, cardio machines, drop-in childcare, etc.
Personal training - $45/1 session, $168/4 sessions, $320/8 sessions $450/12 sessions. Personal training is PERSONAL, tailor-made for the person.
Jump Start Package - $99/3 personal training sessions. Tailor-made for the individual, it’s a perfect beginning for a life of physical activity. The first session includes a fitness assessment and body fat analysis.
WOW groups (Women on Weights) - $99/8 sessions. Small group personal training with 3 or 4 of your closest girl friends.
Adult Swim Workshops – Stroke improvement, breathing techniques, turning techniques, etc. Occurs the first Saturday of each month Jan-May.
Private adult and child swim lessons – Stroke improvement, breathing techniques, turning techniques, etc. $25/individual lessons, $160/8 lessons, $120 per person/8 semi-private lessons.
Kid Group Swim lessons – Begins at age 3. $45/8 sessions (members), $75/8 session (nonmembers).
Swim team membership - $25 membership fee, $40/month ages 5-16.
Massage – for members $25/ ½ hour and $50/hour; for nonmembers $30/ ½ hour and $60/hour

Prince re-signs with Warner, plans re-release of Purple Rain
