Create a sexy sculpted back after wearing your sexy Halloween costumes or an evening gown with a low cut back. Owner of Kickstart Fitness With Kristi, Kristi Bush shows three moves and stretches you can do for a lean, sculpted back. "Most people want a strong and pain free back," she said. "I have created a little routine that accomplishes both. Combining a back strengthening exercise with a stretch that mimics or compliments the exercise your back will be much more solid and injury free not to mention, strong and beautiful!" Bush said.
Complete ten reps and follow it with the complimentary stretch that you hold for three deep breaths.
Work up to three sets.
1. Strengthen: Bird Dog Stretch: Cat-Cow
2. Strengthen: Knee Resistance Stretch: Knee tuck with rotation
3. Strengthen: Bridge Stretch: Spine rotation
