Getting flat abs with sit ups and crunches has never proved as effective as core exercises created to engage those stomach muscles to give you a tummy tuck without going under the knife. Kristi Bush with KickStart With Kristi has five tried and true exercises to washboard abs.
1) If nothing else, remember the two B’s for better abs.
2) Use a Bosu.
3) Learn a few Pilates moves to throw in to your workout.
4) Work your abdominals from as many different directions and in as many different ways as you can.
5) Mind your eating.
