Personal Trainer Kristi Bush created these smoothies are packed full of nutrients geared to get you in gear.

Fruity Smoothie: Blueberry Banana Bomb
-small handful fresh baby spinach (shhh, don't tell anybody & they won't know).
-1/2 cup frozen bluberries
-1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)
-1 cup vanilla almond milk
Blend & enjoy!

Chocolatey Smoothie: Chocolate Almond Smoothie
-1/2 banana
-tablespoon almond butter or peanutbutter
-1 tablespoon cacao powder
-1 tablespoon raw/organic honey
-1 cup vanilla almond milk
Blend & enjoy (tastes like dessert)!

Green Smoothie: Green Goddess
-1 avocado
-1/2 frozen banana
-1 cup coconut water
-1 bunch parsley
-juice from half lemon
Blend & enjoy!

You can always add ice to any of these concoctions to make them more of a frozen treat!
