Get creative with chalkboard paint! Chalkboard paint is easily applied to almost any surface such as walls, wood panels, cardboard, plastic and even glass. After painting two coats, let it dry for 24 hours then it is ready to personalize with chalk!

One way to utilize chalkboard paint is to paint a single coat onto a wine glass. After the paint dries for an hour, paint a second coat and wait 24 hours until using the wine glass. At parties place the freshly painted glasses on the bar with pieces of chalk to guests can label their glass. Another way to use chalkboard paint is to paint mini pieces of cardboard in order to label foods at a party.

Chalkboard paint can be found at Michael’s Craft Store and comes in various colors such as yellow, green and gray.
