If you haven't stepped into the exercise world of Crossfit and are looking to get into this form of exercise, this segment will inform you of what to expect when taking a class.
From what it is to specific work out regimens, Crossfit Jenks shows why this form of fitness is so popular. "It is broad and inclusive. We do not specialize. Everything is scalable," Owner Breck Berry said. "We work 10 general physical skills: Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance & Accuracy."
Each Crossfit work out lasts about an hour and consists of a warm up, strength or skill and a workout of the day.
