Cinco de Mayo Inspired Cocktails

Midwest Margarita

Rocks or Margarita glass filled with ice
Pour the following ingredients into a mixing tin with no ice:
a. 1-1/4 oz. Tequila
b. 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
c. 1/2 oz. Agave Nectar
d. Fresh Squeezed Juice of One Lime
Shake and pour over ice
Splash of Boulevard Wheat beer into glass
Garnish with a Lime Wheel

Tequila Sunrise

Collins glass filled with ice
Pour the following ingredients directly into the glass:
a. 1-1/4 oz. Tequila
b. Fill with Orange Juice
c. Top with 1/2 oz. Grenadine
Garnish with a Cherry

Paloma

Collins glass filled with ice
Pour the following ingredients directly into the glass:
a. 1-1/4 oz. Tequila
b. Fill with Grapefruit Soda
Garnish with a Lime Wheel
The Paloma is cool because it is the most popular Tequila drink in Mexico, but in my opinion it is not any better than the first two drinks. I will teach it if I have time but my heart won’t be broken if I do not get to.
