Baked Fudge Pie Recipe

If you're in your kitchen, go ahead and get out the flour, sugar, cocoa and pie crust. It's National Pie Day, and to celebrate Shelly Hayslett, chef at Lambrusco'z is making a Tulsa favorite. "Today I’m going to show you how to make Lambrusco’z baked fudge pie. This recipe is an adaptation of The Garden’s famous baked fudge," she said.

BAKED FUDGE PIE

2 Eggs
1 C sugar
1 Heaping Tbs cocoa
½ C melted butter
3 Level Tbs flour
1 C chopped pecans
½ tsp vanilla
1 9 inch prepared pie crust

Beat eggs well, add sugar and cocoa, blend well. Add butter, flour, nuts and vanilla. Pour into
frozen, prepared pie crust, bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream!
