Camp Loughridge is ideal for a wedding, corporate event space or family reunion. It encompasses a rustic look with beautiful outdoor space making it a retreat in a city without it actually feeling like you're in a city. Kathy Stone at Camp Loughridge said the they are busy year round so book early. "We do fund raisers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, class reunions, company picnics, company challenge course, company and Christmas parties too. We have something for every age group," Stone said.

There are multiple options if you are looking at Camp Loughridge to have your wedding. "We can do lakeside, amphitheater, rustic lodge complete all the way to the other spectrum of black tie and sit down dinner. We are minutes from downtown so the beauty of the rustic outdoors can be you’re setting for the special event you have planned," she said. It's located on 188 acres with three lakes, hiking trails and an on site caterer. "One couple wanted to get married in the Chapel and canoe to the Lodge for their reception. It was unique and individual as they wanted – something to set them apart," Stone said.

Both the wedding and reception can be held at the venue."We are inclusive so that you don’t have to go to a different location and lose your guests from your wedding to the reception. We have buildings and sites for every budget and size of crowd.

"Loughridge continues its ongoing mission of bringing children from of all walks of life, denominations to Day Camp," she said. "By funding scholarships for the hearing impaired, the autistic, medically and economically challenged, Loughridge strives to offer all children the natural experience that otherwise they might not have the opportunity to explore the great outdoors."
