The Growth Coach Tulsa works with individuals to focus on goals. "Like a GPS, We help the overworked, overwhelmed business owner/professional reach their final designation. We get them to slow down, gain clarity about where they are and where they want to go," Owner Geoff Rottmayer said.

Here are 5 simple steps to balancing work and personal life:

Step 1: Slow Down – A lot of business owners/business professionals are overworked and overwhelmed. We need them to get away from their current situation and slow down, take a breather.

Step 2: Reflect – reflect where you are in both your business and personally life. Reflect where you want to be, dream again. Think and identify what’s preventing you from getting there.

Step 3: Action Plan – Put together and action plan and stick to it let it hold you accountable.

Step 4: Delegate Work – To execute your action plan you need, you’ll think you don’t have time to be what you set out to do. Yes! You do, but you need to delegate the work that not a high priority.

Step 5: Systemizing their Business – Developing processes and operations a manual that clearly identifies how your business will be operated; your business cannot be dependent upon yourself.
