Hi there, Nat! Thanks for the comment! Can you believe the day is almost here? All the folks at Fleet Feet are ready and all of the Hawt AsSphalts are ready too! Cross your fingers for good weather! I'll post another blog later this week, too! I think Mrs. Tiffany Gunther's 4th grade class will be givng us some motivational quotes before the run! Take care and get to the gym would ya?! Chera

Chera's blogs are a continuing source of inspiration. They've spurred me to increase my workouts, especially in the weight-training area. On days when I really don't feel like working out, I do it anyway, because I know Chera would be ashamed of me if I didn't! (Yeah, guilt is a powerful motivator!) Good luck to all of you next weekend, and don't forget the Krispy Kremes afterward! I look forward to reading the next blog about how the race went!
