Hi ladies!!! I'm just figuring out how to comment back...I'm a little slowwwww. LOL. I really want to run the Chicago Marathon, but Coach Paul, thinks I need to think about it more. Is the bib still avaialable? Also, I ahave an event that I have to emcee Saturday morning, so I wouldn't be able to leave until later that night....which might not work out for me. Hope you guys had a good run this past Saturday...both of you were running really strong!!!

Run Chera Run! Did you ever imagine training for a marathon could be soooooo much fun! Our Saturday LSD (long,slow,distance)runs will continue to progress with more laughter, sweat and great conversation, oh and miles...can't forget the miles. I agree the cooler temp. last Saturday was a welcomed sign of Fall and the rain was a benefit as it cooled down the Hot Asphault, however, to much rain can bring us to experience another marathon term...can you say chafing? :) -see you bright and early Saturday for another tour of Tulsa! Great idea Chera! Don't you just love Saturday long runs? I especially love breakfast afterwards...you need to join us! Really good advice from Paul, I agree, avoid puking on your shoes. I've also learned Mexican food on Friday nights is not the best idea. See ya Saturday...let me know about Chi town. Jeanean/M3B
