The Tulsa City County Health Department tries to inspect each cafeteria at least a couple times each year. FOX23 looked as those inspection reports for schools all over Tulsa County.

Some inspectors found "mouse droppings".  Another report noted "waste water backed up into the sink".

A common violation was the temperature of hot or cold foods.

Looking at the most recent inspection reports for all schools, THD records showst looking at the most recent inspection reports, about 85% of all school inspections resulted in some type of violation.

About one in every 4 schools had 3 or more violations.

A couple schools had 7 violations during the most recent inspection.

One school had more than 20 violations during the past two years.
