The lawsuit alleges breach of contract, negligence, fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress and mishandling of the babies bodies. The mothers say they just want to know where their babies are.

Loretta her sister Sharhia brought FOX23 out to Floral Haven to show us where their babies gravesites are supposed to be.

When Loretta came to Floral Haven  two months ago, it had been three years since she  buried her infant daughter.

She said, “I had never been back there since the funeral. It's too hard.”

Her daugther was buried without a headstone, just like some other infant gravesites.  Loretta had asked the front office to help her locate the gravesite because the cemetery had expanded and changed since her last visit.  At first she says employees couldn't find her daughter's name, and then when they did find her the next day, she says she couldn't belive what they told her.

I have read some comments this for Greywolf i lost a baby 20 years ago and you do not forget it and the loss of a infant will always be there. Truly, the pain is horrific. The Pet Cementary does a wonderful job maybe ones first lost you don't think to take pictures during the time of barriel. I understand about this lady LOSS and it's a another horrific reminder of the LOSS of the infant again. For the person placing the markers think that would be you and do you feel any sympathy and i ask myself what about the owners. Just think maybe your empathy will come to you! So, get to finding their infants that are loss!!! Should I help you i will!!!!!

If you are really worried about losing a gravesite why not get a GPS unit and go out and record the corridnates. It is a simple thing if you worry,.

Hello, everyone I just have one question. Why not take a look at the big picture? Yes, there was a mistake made by the grounds keeper at Floral Haven. But what about the character of the two sisters whose baby's were "LOST". I being a fellow mother of a baby who was recently buried in the Garden of Angels located on the grounds of Floral Haven, will not wait three years to visit my baby's grave site. I would visit at least once a year, regardless of the distance. Also, I will not let my baby rest in a unmarked grave for seven years. Floral Haven has been a blessing to my husband & I in helping us plan & arrange a funeral which of course is unexpected & difficult. They supply the casket, burial plot, embalming, one hour for viewing, memory folders, posting in the newspaper, counseling if requested, as well as pastors at no charge to the family. The only charge & obligation to the family or parents of this innocent child is a marker. So in total Floral Haven saves grieving families who don't expect to bury their child $3500 or more. Why not pat Floral Haven on the back for all the years that they have assisted in trying times such as these. In closing, my opinion is that it is your obligation as parents in death as it is in life to take care of your child. To make sure that this precious baby has a headstone to the grave, or is otherwise marked. Not just for location purposes, but also for respect of a special little angel who didn't have a choice regardless of the situation. Don't spoil a good thing for a paycheck.

This is a really sad story and I feel for the family that this has happened to, but we all make mistakes.

My sister sent this and you didn't print it! Let people see the comments from people who treasure and remember their baby more than once in three years... My baby girl died 23 years ago in Alabama . My mother brought her to Floral Haven and they buried her at no cost to me and my husband, who was in the Army at the time. I really don’t know what we would have done without the generosity of Floral Haven. All these years, they have kept the garden looking beautiful for my precious Jennifer; and we still have not spent one cent. I don’t know how they can do this for so many, but I’m very grateful. Every December 17th I call their flower shop and order flowers and they go put them on my baby’s grave. I understand that mistakes can be made. Humans make them. Thank God the people at Floral Haven are human and also have the capacity, as humans, to care about others. Frankly, I’m sickened that people today repay kindness with evil. Civilized people with any respect and gratitude for kindness would never use the death of their baby to try and extort money from those that have donated so much to others.

Why is Fox not printing all the comments to this story. I thought Fox was different than ABC,NBC & CBS. "Fair and Balanced" right? Not posting comments from families that love Floral Haven and appreciate their help will, I'm afraid, result in good people ceasing to help other families that lose children in the future. You and these apparently money hungry women will be the cause if this happens.

This isn't the first time Floral Haven has been in the news this year......The employees that work there are either retards or crooked you pick.

I don`t understand why Flora Haven has to move headstones and markers for so long then puts them back. and flowers can`t be put out at certain times. moving markers and headstones is cause of alot of mix ups. My daughter in laws baby is out there, this really worries me. I know Floral Haven has done alot for families who lost their babies. But why do they need to move headstones and markers? makes no sense to me. feel free to let me know.
