I was late to work because of the traffic backup from this. I saw the whole scene and was able to snap a short video of it. Basically, from what I can tell, the trucker took the turn too fast and flipped on it's side and spilled oil everywhere, big oil puddles even made it onto the I-244 East section just after that exit to Tisdale, so the 244 was closed down to 1 lane for cleanup.

I wonder what caused that to happen?? Well, maybe more news later.
