Collinsville man killed in wreck early Monday

A Collinsville man died early Monday morning after crashing his truck near downtown.
OHP says 42-year-old Jarrett Clingan died when he crashed his truck, going from I-244 westbound onto the Hwy 75 north ramp. His truck slid 1600 feet before it stopped.
He was thrown 80 feet from his truck, where he died. Troopers say he was not wearing a seat belt.
