Tulsa police are searching for two men who robbed an east Tulsa QuikTrip early Friday morning.

Officers say two men came into the store near I-244 and north Garnett, wearing shirts over their faces. One was carrying a gun, the other a bat, which he threw at the clerk.

The thieves demanded money, and once they got it they took off. A K-9 officer was called out to search for them but lost the scent. Several customers were inside the QuikTrip at the time, but no one was hurt.
