im sorry but poor doggy??? how about the "walking with his pitbull buddy" wasnt clear?? as a dog owner i feel that if i let my dogs out and they trespass into my neighbors yard they cld be killed and.....i also recently almost shot my neighbors dog for coming into my yard and fighting w\my dog. i feel like if a PITT and any other dogs were to come towards me i wld have the same reaction. its sad a dog got killed but responsible pet owners should maintain a SECURE YARD for their animals ALWAYS. i think everyone shld stop hating on this man for doing what MOST of us wld do if a strange pitt along with any other dog would have done and yall know it!!

@awdonald89 I apologize for misnaming Brutus at the end of the story. It was a slip of the tongue. Thank you for letting me know about this. I wanted to make sure you knew that it was an honest mistake.

Wow! You heard his testament! He just admitted his guilt on TV!!! He doesn't think he was in the wrong but just told his story and with eye witnesses I am wondering why this man is out of jail so soon? Or, even out at all! He threw a big stick or log at a large dog and a tiny dog and by chance hits the tiny dog and if that wasn't enough protection from an unconscious 10lb dog he feels the need to beat it to death? What is wrong with society to think this behavior is okay? A mentor for young children? What is he hiding? Parents, beware of this man!!! This is scary, downright scary. And what is really sad, he isn't sorry and has no remorse for his actions. Protective order? YES!

This is a serious warning flag for this guy, first and foremost that he should not be a role model for kids.

he says they weren't in his yard, he said they were heading towards it, so the neighbors are right he did go in the street and kill it, and if I was the owner, id sue him for everything he has or will ever think of having, dog murderer needs to be in jail, not out free to do it again when the media isn't watching him. and working with children, whats he going to teach them, right from wrong? I think not because he doesn't know it himself apparently. if he did the dog would still be alive.

Need to beat him with a baseball bat.... If he would do that to a dog, he would have no problem doing that to people...
