A woman and her nephew face charges of sexual abuse after the aunt allegedly found teens for her 18-year old nephew to abuse.

Jessica Cleveland faces two charges of enabling child sexual abuse and furnishing alcoholic beverages to a person under the age of 21. Braeden Hendershott faces three charges of second degree rape, one charge of forcible sodomy, lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 and furnishing an alcoholic beverage to a person under 21.

Court filings allege the 14-year old girls met Cleveland at a Catoosa church and she befriended them and invited them to hang out with her. Police interviewed both girls individually and say the girls told them Cleveland encouraged them to have sex with her 18-year old nephew, Braeden Hendershott.

The police report says Hendershott knew both girls were 14 and asked them not to tell anyone about what happened because he would get in trouble. Police say Hendershott had sex with one of the girls on more than one occasion and attempted to have sex with the other teen, but she refused.

Police reports allege Cleveland took the girls to Hendershott or met him with the girls so he could be alone with them, bought alcohol for the teens and bought the morning after pill for one of the girls.
