Woman found dead in Bartlesville home

The Bartlesville Police Department is investigating a homicide that happened on Wednesday afternoon.

Police say they got a call from concerned neighbors around 2 pm in reference to an elderly female found unresponsive in her home. Emergency officials determined the woman had died and her death was a homicide.

Police discovered the victim’s car was missing and broadcast a bulletin searching for it, they later located at an apartment complex around 4:30 and arrested two men who approached the car.

Police say the homicide is still under investigation and will release more information at a later time.
